The documents of a condominium deed is made up of blueprint of floor plan and bylaws : A floorplan contains a description of the present state of the plot measured by מודד מוסמך (Qualified Surveyor) and a plan of the home or building on each floor.

The bylaws of the Condominium deed regulate the relations between the apartment owners and their rights and obligations in reference to the shared house and it is initiated at the same time because the registration of the house in the tabu. The owners of apartments in a shared house is likely to be subject to the provisions of the prevailing regulations detailed in the Addendum to the Land Law, unless the tenants have formulated specific instructions in the Agreed Regulations.
